Changing Price Lists

SumoQuote allows you to have multiple price lists - your default list and Beacon price lists for different branches. This video will show you how to change between those pricelists. You can change the price list from within a layout or a report.

Change Price Lists within a Layout

1. Go to Configuration > Account Settings > Layouts: Reports
2. Open either your My Layouts or Shared Layouts tab.
3. Click on the pencil icon beside the layout you want to edit.
4. Click on Layout Settings in the top right corner.
5. Under the Pricing heading, select the price list you wish to use in this layout from the drop down menu.
6. Click Save in the bottom left corner.
7. Click on Publish in the grey bar at the top of the page to apply your changes to the layout.
8. All future reports created from this layout will have this price list automatically applied to the quote details page.

Change Price Lists within a Report

1. Open any project and open a report for editing.
2. Click on Report Settings in the top right corner.
3. Under the Pricing heading, select the price list you wish to use in this report from the drop down menu.
4. Click Save in the bottom left corner.
5. Continue customizing your report.
