# Create a New Layout

### Create a New Layout

1. Go to **Configuration** > **Account Settings** > **Layouts** > **Reports**
2. Click on **Create layout** in the top right corner.
3. Name your layout and choose whether or not you want to **Share layout with all users**.
4. Edit your layout and then click **Publish** in the grey bar at the top of the screen.

> These 2 pages can only be edited from within a layout.

> Make your changes, publish them, and then navigate to any current reports in order to **refresh** their contents.

> Duplicating an existing layout requires far less set up than creating a layout from scratch.
