Deleting a Price List

Deleting a Price List is Irreversible!

Once a Price List has been deleted, it cannot be undeleted by you or SumoQuote.

Deleting a Price List or Removing an Item

Delete a Price List

1. Go to Configuration > Account Settings > Products & Pricing
2. Click on the red trashcan icon beside the price list you want to delete.
3. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the action. Click on Delete price list to complete the deletion.

Alternatively,

1. Go to Configuration > Account Settings > Products & Pricing
2. Click on the edit icon beside the price list you want to delete.
3. Click on the red trashcan at the top of the page beside the name of the price list.
4. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the action. Click on Delete price list to complete the deletion.
5. You will be redirected back to the Products & Pricing page.

Remove an Item from a Price List

1. Go to Configuration > Account Settings > Products & Pricing
2. Click on the edit icon beside the price list you want to edit.
3. Select the item(s) you want to remove from the price list by checking the boxes to the left of the item(s).
4. Click the red Remove item(s) button on the right.
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the action. Click on Remove Item(s) to complete the removal.

Removing an Item will affect Pricing!

When you remove an item the pricing that was associated with this item will revert to the default pricing in the Product List across all layouts where the price list was enabled.

Items that are part of an active quote will revert to being part of the Product List when removed from a Price List, but the pricing will not be changed.
