Email Templates

Email templates make it faster to communicate information and instructions to homeowners, staff, trades and suppliers. They are available to include on emails sent for invoices, material and work orders, and signing quotes.

Creating an Email Template

Create an Email Template

  1. Go to Configuration > Account Settings > Templates
    1. Reports gives you access to email templates for sending quotes and invoices.
    2. Orders gives you access to email templates for material and work orders.
  2. Click on Create Template, give your template a name, select what type of template you are creating, and then click Create Template.
  3. Add your email text and include tokens for easy customization.
  4. Click Save changes when you are done.

Other Actions

  • Click on the Pencil icon to edit any current email templates.
  • Click on the Duplicate icon to make a copy of an email and make changes.
  • Click on the Red trashcan icon to delete your template. This action cannot be undone.
