Notification Settings

How to change your notification settings:

  1. Click on the “Configuration” tab.
  2. Click on “Account Settings”.
  3. Click on “Notifications” on the table on the left-hand side of the screen.
  4. From here, you can select to receive email notifications when a customer has initially opened an email sent to them from your SumoQuote account when they first click on the quote sent for review, and when an email addressed is undelivered.
  5. You can choose which notifications you wish to receive by using the green toggle icon beside each option to turn them on or off.
