Learn about using tokens in your account to speed things up.

How to use Tokens on the Introduction Page:

  1. On your home “Projects” page, click on any project you have started.
  2. Click on “Open for editing”.
  3. Click on the “Introduction” page.
  4. On the Introduction page, you can automatically pull in the customer’s first, last, or full name.
  5. To do so, click on the “Insert token” icon at the right-hand corner of the text page, then select the appropriate token from the drop-down options.
  6. At the bottom of the Introduction page, you can also automatically pull in the salesperson’s information.

How to use Tokens in Custom Pages:

  1. On your home “Projects” page, click on any project you have started.
  2. Click on “Open for editing”.
  3. Click on “Add Custom Page”.
  4. Click on “Text page”.
  5. On the text page, you can insert the tokens for customer information and salesperson information, as well as customer signature and customer initial tokens.
