Setting Up the EagleView Integration

Integrate EagleView with your SumoQuote account

1. Open any project or create a new project.
2. Click on the Measurements button in the top right corner.
3. Under the EagleView icon click on Search.
4. You will be redirected to an EagleView login screen. Enter your login credentials.
5. Once logged into EagleView, you will be redirected back to SumoQuote where you will be able to Search or Order an EagleView report.

Searching For and Ordering Reports from EagleView through SumoQuote

Search for an EagleView Report

1. Open any project in SumoQuote.
2. Click on the Measurements button in the top right corner.
3. Under the EagleView icon, click on Search.
4. The customer address will automatically be pulled in from the customer details and any related reports will be pulled up.
   1. To complete a new report search, simply enter the address of the report you want and click enter to complete the search.
5. Select the report you wish to link to your project and then click on Download this EagleView report.
6. The report will show up under Reports Available. Click on Apply to add measurements to your Roof Measurement Tokens.
7. To add additional measurement tokens, click on the drop down arrows beside the token menus. Enter your values and this information will be saved automatically.
8. You are ready to update or create a new project!

More than one EagleView report can be downloaded to a project, but only one report can be applied at a time.

There is no option to delete a report that has been downloaded, but you can download more than one report.

Applying a new EagleView report will update your measurement tokens. These changes will need to be applied to any quotes that have already been created in your project. When you open a quote in SumoQuote, you will be asked to Review changes.

Order an EagleView Report

1. Open any project in SumoQuote.
2. Click on the Measurements button in the top right corner.
3. Under the EagleView icon, click on Order.
4. Confirm the home location and then continue to complete the order form.
5. When all the fields are entered, click on Place order.
6. You'll be notified through EagleView when your report is ready and you can head back into your project and search for your report.
