Price Adjustments

Price adjustments allow you to discount or markup the total price of a quote by a set amount. Quotes can be adjusted by a fixed dollar value, or as a percentage of the total quote.

Enabling Price Adjustments

Enable and Set Price Adjustments

  1. Go to Configuration > Account Settings > Page Settings
  2. At the bottom of the page, click Edit in the box labeled Price Adjustments.
  3. Select who should be able to include price adjustments on a quote.
    1. No one - Price adjustments are disabled.
    2. Admins only - Only Admin users will be able to apply price adjustments to a quote.
    3. All Users - Any user can add price adjustments.
  4. Set the maximum value of your discount as both a dollar value and a percentage - discounts will only be allowed if they are smaller than both maximums.

Show or Hide Price Adjustments

To show or hide a price adjustment, use the toggle switch on the right side of the adjustment. Markups are hidden by default.

A hidden price adjustment is still applied to the quote total, but your customer will not see it when they review and sign their quote.
