Material & Work Orders

Material orders and work orders allow you to quickly transfer the content from a signed report to production.

• A Material Order can be customized for any supplier/distributor using layouts. See how to create a material order layout and send an order.
• A Work Order can be customized with instructions for any staff or trade using layouts. See how to create a work order layout and send an order.

Orders are available on signed quotes only

Once a quote is signed, a new button appears to "Create Order". This gives you access to your material and work order layouts.

When an order is created, items selected during signing will be added automatically to the order.

This includes the customer details, inspection images, quote line items, and any optional upgrades.
